One of our clients, a well known group that operate within the retail, catering and hospitality sector, is currently looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Issuing of invoices
- Credit control
- Journal entries, including accruals and prepayments
- Monitoring of worksheets with daily information provided by outlets, ensuring that they are updated and reconciled
- Added duties as may be required by the finance team
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous work experience within a similar financial role would be considered an asset
- Experience within the hospitality and/or retail sector would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Shireburn Financial Management and/or Oracle Opera would be considered a strong asset
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Software would be required
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Have the ability to take initiate as well as work within a team
- The ability to plan ahead, organise and meet deadlines
Education & Experience
A minimum A' Level standard of education. Candidates pursuing their ACCA would also be considered.
