Finance Clerk


Our client in the Shipping and Transport Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Clerk to join their team. 


  • Handling of invoices.
  • Assisting to maintain accounting records. 
  • Reconciliations. 
  • Posting of invoices. 
  • Assisting to ensure all supplier statements are tackled. 
  • Posting of payments. 
  • Preparation of cheques and cash deposits. 
  • Assisting with day to day accounting duties. 
  • Collaboration with other departments if necessary. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Team Player

Education & Experience

Ordinary Level of Education in accounts would be considered an asset
