Our client is a renowned CSP who offers a full array of legal, corporate, tax services to individuals and businesses Internationally are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a Part-Time basis ( 25-30 hours)

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day checking and posting of invoices in a timely manner.
Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Preparing monthly petty cash reconciliation.
Performing inter-company and other nominal ledger reconciliations.
Payment processing.
Carrying out general accounting duties.
Carrying out other office duties as needed include filing and scanning.
Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and year-end audits.
Handling other generic accounts duties to support the Financial Controller as required.

Skill-sets and Requirements

1 year of working experience in an accounting environment.
Good familiarity with basic accounts, ideally with Invoicing, processing payments and maintaining ledgers.
Have good communication skills, as well as fluency, in spoken and written English.
High level of competence with MS Excel

Education & Experience

O-level in Accounts or AAT Diploma, and ideally an A-level
