Finance and Admin Executive

One of our clients within the advertising industry is looking for a tech-savvy Accounts and Admin Executive to join their team 

  • Ground level book-keeping
  • Assistance in the preparation of the periodical Management Accounts
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Creditors/Debtors control including payments/receipts and debtor chasing
  • Purchase order reconciliation
  • VAT return preparation
  • Handling petty cash
  • Data reporting
  • Documentation and financial filing up-keep
  • Vacation/sick leave administration (with Office Administrator)
  • General administration of insurances, supplier contracts
  • Overall office maintenance related tasks (with Office Administrator)
  • Time expenditure reporting / Project profitability reporting / Open job reporting

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Actively studying towards the ACCA qualification would be considered an asset
  • Experience using Xero would be considered an asset
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
