Finance Administrator

  South of Malta  |  €26,000 - €29,000 Annually 

Our client a Gaming Operations is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the petty cash management including monthly liquidation report, monthly petty cash reconciliations
  • Responsible for reconciliations of consumptions
  • Ensuring that the system is up to date 
  • Supporting with payment to suppliers by cheque or bank transfer 
  • Filling paid invoices 
  • Handling bank and supplier statements 
  • Supporting the department with day to day duties 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of local experience in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

  • A Diploma level of education in Accounting (MQF Level 5)
  • Candidates in the process of obtaining a Degree Level in Accounting (MQF Level 6) would be given preference
