Finance Administrator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 

Our client who provides investment services is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing team.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the posting of bank transactions, purchases invoices and sales invoices
  • Assisting with the preparation of payment instructions
  • Assisting with day to day administration duties, primarily related to the finance department
  • Assisting the compliance and regulatory team with the collation of information with respect to KYC/AML procedures
  • Assisting with ad-hoc matters and projects as and when required


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to a year of local experience in financial services or accounts
  • Ability to work within a team and willingness to help as and when required
  • Organized and deadline-oriented
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of spoken Italian is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
