Our client who provides investment services is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing team.
Duties include:
- Assisting with the posting of bank transactions, purchases invoices and sales invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of payment instructions
- Assisting with day to day administration duties, primarily related to the finance department
- Assisting the compliance and regulatory team with the collation of information with respect to KYC/AML procedures
- Assisting with ad-hoc matters and projects as and when required
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to a year of local experience in financial services or accounts
- Ability to work within a team and willingness to help as and when required
- Organized and deadline-oriented
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of spoken Italian is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
