Finance & Administration Officer

€15,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

A Finance & Administration Officer position is currently available with a leading software solutions company which is part of a large group in Malta.


  • Reporting and assisting the Finance Manager accordingly
  • Handling day to day administrative duties as may be required
  • The posting of invoices
  • The processing of orders and payments along with any other documents
  • Preparing monthly reports
  •  Liaising with customers and suppliers as may be required and handling their queries in a professional manner
  • Handling credit control and debt collection
  • Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of two years previous local experience in a similar role 
  • A minimum A'level standard in Accounting is a requirement
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Fluency in Italian will be considered an asset
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
