Our client, a well established CSP is seeking to recruit a Credit Control Officer. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the debtor ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Communicating professionally with clients to follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any payment-related issues.
Collaborating with internal departments to confirm billing accuracy and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all communications and financial transactions.
Preparing and presenting regular debtor reports, including aging analyses and payment trend insights, for management review.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Group to strengthen credit control and collection processes.
Assisting the rest of the team in preparing, issuing, and distributing monthly client invoices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role ideally within Financial Services
Possess excellent intrapersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Professional and client oriented
