One of our clients an internationally recognised accountancy firm are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Financial Advisor to join their Advisory team in a managerial capacity. The role will focus on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets transactions from an advisory perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities
- Contribute to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Continue to develop internal relationships
Education and Experience:
- An accountancy qualification such as ACCA and/or CFA Qualification
- Previous direct experience on financial advisory assignments relating to raising finance, capital market transactions, M&A, corporate valuations , due diligence and business recovery
- Previous experience of leading a team
Skills:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
