Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the delivery of financial advisory services such as capital market transactions, M&A, corporate valuations, financial due diligence, business strategy and business recovery
- The delivery of various projects
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Assist the team by having thorough current knowledge with regards to developments in the accounting profession as well as accounting standards
- Develop both internal relationships as well as relationships with clients
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience, working in the field of corporate finance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate results of analysis and thought proce
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask across assignments
- Ability to deliver quality written wor
Education & Experience
Fully Qualified in ACCA or a relevant Degree in Accountancy
