Commissions Payment Administrator


Our client is seeking to recruit a Commissions Payment Administrator to join the main office hub in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Process payments on a weekly basis
  • Carry out weekly reconciliations 
  • Produce weekly reports 
  • Liaise with Financial Advisors to facilitate processing of commission payments
  • Manage ad-hoc projects requested by management

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • ECDL certification
  • A high affinity for numbers and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to deal with business strategy changes

Education & Experience

Minimum A'Level Education is required
