Our client is a leading group of companies in Malta. As they are growing the would like to engage a Chief Finance Offer(CFO) to join their team. You will report directly into the CEO
The Role
- You will manage this strategic role and have a small team reporting into you
- You will monitor the whole operation of the finance teams
- You we ensure costs are well controlled and revenue well optimised
- You will be monitoring/presenting the group consolidations that will be compiled by the senior finance manager
- You will create the finance strategy and be the lead for all the group's finance functions
- You will be working on mergers and acquisions and new business initiatives whenever necessary
- You will be the go to person for the CEO on all business initiatives
- You will take initiative and come up with business ideas to spearhead the company group
Skill-sets and Requirements
- You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role that cover the above tasks
- You will have a great business acumen
- You are ready to travel at least 1 monthly to the company sites abroad
- You will be a warranted accountant
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a excellent knowledge of IFRS's
- Having international experience will be considered a strong asset

- You will be a warranted accountant
- Be have excellent IT skills especially in Excel
