Budget and Forecasting Manager

Our client is a fast growing and dynamic Group of Companies, having carved out an outstanding presence in their relevant markets also at an international level. They are presently seeking a Budget and Forecasting Manager reporting directly to the Group CFO

Duties include: 

• Develop and maintain a budgeting and forecasting system for the organization.
• Create and manage budgeting and forecasting models for the organization.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the organization against established targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify areas of improvement and cost savings.
• Work closely with the subsidiaries to ensure that the budgets and forecasts are prepared in a timely manner
• Prepare and present budgeting and forecasting reports to the executive team.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• 5+ years of local and international experience in budgeting, financial analysis or related field.
• Proven experience with forecasting methods, data analysis and the ability to create variances analysis reports
• Travel on monthly basis is required for this role
• Eye for detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Education & Experience

ACCA Qualified or equivalent
