Our client an expert in the FMCG Industry are looking for an Assistant to the Financial Controller to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Cash flow management
- Applying quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Validating and Approving suppliers’ invoices for Payment
- Taking control over Bookkeeping of the Group of Companies
- Assisting in submission of Tax, Compliance and other Returns
- Supporting in the preparation of monthly budget and yearly forecast
- Review and Management of Agreements with Service Providers
- Preparing for company audit reviews
- Liaising with external stakeholders.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- At least 3-4 years experience in accounts
- Able to work within a team and meet deadline
- Fluent in the Maltese and English language
Education & Experience
ACCA qualified or in the process of completing the course
