Advisory Senior Manager

Malta  |  up to €70,000 

Our client, operating within the financial services, is looking to recruit a Senior Advisory Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for 

  • Demonstrate knowledge of various industries as well as assessing which key performance indicators would apply to each industry and applying them to understand and analyse the client’s needs
  • Managing assignments in corporate finance including company valuations, IFRS reporting and financial due diligence
  • Provides on the job training, coaching and ongoing feedback to juniors
  • Demonstrates and understands technical issues arising in an assignment, offering solutions, and seeking advice when appropriate
  • Resolving and identifying risk management issues and applies knowledge to manage such issues
  • Managing assignments from beginning to end, including issuing of letters of engagement, performing KYC procedures, compiling a financial model and drafting reports, issuing bills and chasing of debtors

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as part of an audit team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in developing and mentoring junior staff
  • Demonstrate leadership within the team

Education & Experience

Fully Qualified in ACCA or Masters in Accountancy
