Administration Officer


A job as an Administration Officer is available with one of our esteemed clients.  While forming part of a small team your responsibilities would include:

  • Issuing of bills on a timely basis
  • Following up on invoice payments
  • Corresponding with local and foreign entities
  • Supporting with other administration duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Working experience in an accounts or administrative role would be considered an asset
  • Working experience within port logistics or shipping would be considered an asset
  • Ability to listen attentively and a quick learner
  • Self motivated team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and diligent with an eye for detail

Education & Experience

  • A' Level education desirable
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications
