Administration & Accounts Clerk (Part-Time)


Our Client has a vacancy for an Administration & Accounts Clerk on a part-time basis.


  • Updating records for income & expenditure;
  • Posting of accounting transactions;
  • Issuing payments to creditors;
  • Credit Control;
  • Attending meetings and secretarial duties;
  • Other general office duties as necessary.

Skills & Education

  • A minimum of 'O' Level in Accounts;
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software;
  • You are meticulous, organized with a flexible and practical approach to work;
  • You possess good communication skills in Maltese & English;
