Our client within the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for an Accounts Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

To check that invoices are signed and approved by respective authorities
To reconcile statements provided by suppliers and chase missing invoices
To investigate discrepancies
To reconcile general and nominal ledgers on a regular basis and other accounts
Reconciliation of expenses
To post variances in the system to adjust any pending reconciling items like charges, bank fees, etc.
To follow up petty cash payments and relative authorizations
To check that documents are signed and approved by the respective signatories according to their category
Periodical supplier statements reconciliations and chase missing invoices
Posting and Subsidiary Ledgers
Maintaining Company Ledgers

Skill-sets and Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role but training will be given
Can work in a team and independently

Education & Experience

A level in Accounts
