Accounts Payables Clerk (Full / Part-time)

€20,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

Our Client is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full-time or a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3-way matching and posting of supplier invoices;
  • Supplier Account statement reconciliations and follow-up on any discrepancies;
  • Payment processing (automatic & manual);
  • Month-end export freight accruals;
  • Bank Reconciliations;
  • Internal control on a few of the company overheads.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferably an O or an A Level in Accounts (although not a must);
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in English and Maltese;
  • Verbal and written skills;
  • Computer Literate (Office Applications);
  • Interpersonal skills.
