Our client is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small team
- Accurate recording of financial transactions
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Timely issuance of invoices and monitoring/follow-up on customer payments.
- Processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and reconciliation.
- Monthly bank reconciliation for accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in excel
- Honest, reliable and hardworking and capable of working within a team
- Fluent in the Maltese and English language
Education & Experience
At least 'A' Level in Accounts
