Our client within the Retail Industry is currently looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, duties include:
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Performing bank transfers and reconciliations
- Debtor chasing
- Conducting payroll using Indigo Shireburn
- Answering emails and payment-related queries from clients
- Checking and updating company's cash flow
- Taking care of general administration
- Assist the finance department in other ad hoc duties as required
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience within accounts
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and Shireburn system are considered an asset
Education & Experience
Minimum of O' Level in Accounts
