Accounts Executive

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 Annually 

An international group of companies is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team. 

Duties include: 

  • Prepare, issue and post intercompany invoices  
  • Prepare, issue and post recharge invoices to group entities  
  • Post creditor and intercompany invoices after obtaining the necessary approvals  
  • Reconcile creditor and intercompany balances  
  • Keep the filing up-to-date and organised  
  • Assist in the preparation of certain sections of the Audit File and the provision of information during the interim and annual external audit processes  
  • Assist in handling shareholders’ and bondholders’ enquiries  
  • Assist with general administration tasks relating to the finance department  
  • Perform any other duties that may be required from time to time.  

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of local experience in an accounting department
  • The ideal candidate must be motivated, willing to learn and with a can do attitude
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must

Education and Experience

  • A-level in Accounts or in initial stages of ACCA
