Our client within the Catering industry is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team:

Bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations
Debtors’ management including chasing
Creditor’s management including reconciling supplier statements
Issuing payments
Acting as a point of contact for management and suppliers
Preparation of various computations to assist in the preparation of the management accounts and other financial reports;
Answering phones calls and taking messages
Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
Assisting with the audit process
Assisting with compiling VAT returns and reports

Skill-sets and Requirements

At least 2 years of previous local experience doing up to management accounts
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
A teamplayer

Education & Experience

A minimum of A'level in Accounts
