Our client, in the Hospitality and Construction Industry, is looking for a Accounts Executive to join their growing team. This candidate will report directly to the Finance Controller and would be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Processing of day-to-day accounting records such as postings and reconciliations
Maintaining both the accounts receivables and payables
Processing bank payments and deposits
Assistance with the preparation of management accounts for the various companies
Assistance with the preparation of regulatory returns
General office administration duties
Other ad hoc duties as required by management and the accounts department

Skill-sets and Requirements

Minimum of 18 months experience within an accounts role
Strong written and verbal English and Maltese communication skills
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and also SAGE
Able to work well in a team

Education & Experience

Hold an A’ level qualification in Accounting
