Accounts Executive

One of our clients in the corporate services sector is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their growing and dynamic team 

Responsibilities:

• Account management of a portfolio of clients 
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns 
• Liaising with the tax administration team for the preparation of tax computations, tax returns and tax refunds along with any other tax related matters as necessary
• Liaising with Auditors, Tax and VAT Departments and MBR, necessary and as directed by the Head of Department
• Participate in client meetings 
• Liaising with internal departments to obtain information and supporting documentation to allow for the timely preparation of financial statements and statutory returns
• Other accounting duties as required 

Skill-sets and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in working on licensed entities and other financial services related companies would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of the English language
• An effective communicator
• Dedicated towards ensuring customer satisfaction
• Being a team-player
• Good command of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office
• Being highly independent
• A great multi-tasker who can juggle clients based on urgency and meet deadlines accordingly

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in accountancy or related area
• Candidates who possess part-fulfilment of their ACCA qualification are also eligible
