Accounts Executive (Fully Remote - Malta Based)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our client.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain and update accounting records and systems.
Liaising with external accountants in different jurisdictions for payroll purposes.
Liaise with external/internal auditors and other relevant stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation of payroll in Malta as well as in other Jurisdictions.
Submissions of FS3,FS4,FS5,FS6,FS9.
Raising sale invoices and ensuring that sales are billed correctly.
Proper up keep of company's spreadsheets.
Any ad-hoc duties delegated accordingly

Skill-sets and Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Familiarity with Adoo financial and accounting software will be considered as an asset but not a requirement
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Familiarity with excel

Education & Experience

Diploma or A level standard in accounting will be considered an asset but not a requirement
