Accounts Executive (Full/Part time)

€20,000 - €24,000   |  Malta

Our client, who operates within the cleaning sector is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time / part-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Operational Departments and Processing invoices in accounting system

  • Preparing and processing payments to suppliers

  • Posting of bank entries and handling bank reconciliations

  • Keeping financial records updated

  • Any other additional administrative support as required from time to time

This role is being offered on either full or part time basis. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Working knowledge of XERO Accounting software is a major benefit
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English, written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Able to work at his/her own initiative whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail

Education & Experience

An O'level / A'level standard of education in Accounting or a related field
