Accounts Clerk

Malta  |  up to €17,000 

Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk, reporting to the Financial Controller, with the following responsibilities:


  • Keeping financial records organized and maintained and easy to access
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Ensure that the accounting database is kept up to date 
  • Issue invoices
  • Post cash receipt payments
  • Assist with cash deposits
  • Assisting with debt recovery
  • Monthly report ahead of debtors meeting
  • Assisting with adhoc duties and liaising with the Financial Controller

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 1 years working experience with an Accounts and Administration role
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent team player
  • Great communication skills in English
