Accounts Clerk


As the Accounts Clerk you will be working within a team while supporting with the day to day related accounts duties in the department and reporting directly to the Financial Controller.  Main duties are the following:

  • Posting of invoices in sales, purchase and nominal ledger
  • Process request for payment
  • Prepare foreign and local payments
  • Process and issue invoices
  • Perform banking, cashiering transactions and reconciliations
  • Assist with other ad hoc accounting projects as assigned from time to time

Education & Experience

  • O’ Level Accounts is a must - A’ Level or better in Accounts is given preference
  • Local working experience within an Accounts Department is seen as a major plus
  • IT Savvy - ECDL qualification or equivalent is needed
  • Native level of Maltese is preferred, however, a fluency level of English is a must
