Accounts Clerk


Our client is seeking to recruit a mature, conscientious Accounts Clerk to join their team


As an integral part of the team, your role will encompass the following broad areas:

  • Data entry to the various ledgers in Shireburn
  • Recording and tracking of foreign purchase orders, and related stores and shipping documentation
  • Updating sales prices for stock items in Shireburn
  • Updating and maintaining Service Agreement records
  • Working out sales commissions
  • Attending to periodical stocktakes and associated analyses
  • Assisting in payables and receivables processing
  • Performance of various analyses as required

Experience and qualifications

  • A ​Minimum Advanced Level in Accounts or similar
  • 2 or more years accounting related experience would be preferred
  • Working knowledge of Shireburn accounting software would be ideal, although training will be provided
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent Maltese and English
  • Currently living in Malta
