Our client is an innovative company that provides various services to it's clients that operate within the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Preparation of weekly payment runs
  • Conducting daily postings for payroll
  • Processing monthly time sheets for payroll
  • Preparation of payslips
  • Sales ledger duties
  • Petty cash
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT reporting and reconciliations
  • Accounts related administration

Education & Experience:

  • An A-level standard of education in Accounts
  • 1 year experience in a similar role

Skills:

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • An ability to build rapport easily and to cultivate relationships built on trust
  • Highlight organised with high standards in relation to attention to detail
  • Good command of the English language
