Accounts Clerk

€14,000 - €15,000  |  Malta

An Accounts Clerk position is currently available with an established company within the hospitality industry. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities include:

  • Checking of the invoices and agree to Purchase Orders before posting them into the accounting system
  • Preparing regular reconciliations of suppliers and debtors
  • Preparing reconciliations of the time sheets for the Contractors Employees
  • Updating the Bank Book
  • Carrying out any other duties assigned by the Financial Controller

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of O Level or A Level qualifications in accountancy
  • Good communication in both Maltese and English languages 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Organised and having a good eye for detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
