Accounts Clerk

€15,000 - €20,000  |  Malta

An Accounts & Administration Clerk position is currently available with a company specialising in products for infants. 


  • Maintaining general ledgers and general bank postings
  • Posting of invoices
  • Handling payments
  • Preparing reconciliations
  • Processing commission payments
  • Liaising with banks
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Handling petty cash
  • Office administration and general upkeep of the office 
  • Any other accounting and administration duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum Advanced level qualification in Accounting
  • Being in possession of the AAT qualification will be considered an asset
  • Previous local accounting experience is a must


  • Motivated
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Diligent and organised
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
