Our client is an established CSP and seeking to recruit a Junior Payroll and Accounts Officer to join their dynamic team of professionals within the Accountancy and Back Office units.
Their clients range from large significant international and national clients as well as numerous smaller family-type businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all book-keeping functions including bank reconciliations, posting of invoices, and maintaining all accounts for receivables/payables
- Processing payroll for various clients
- Liaising with clients on all payroll related matters
- Preparation and submission of all employment-related documentation to the government or other entities on behalf of clients
- FSS submissions to tax department
Skill-sets and Requirements
- knowledge of Indigo payroll system, Sage and Shireburn would be considered an asset
- Good communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English
- Previous experience in a similar role
Education & Experience
Minimum A Level Standard of Education, AAT diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience of book-keeping or payroll will also be considered
