Accounts Administrator


In this new position as an Accounts Administrator within the manufacturing industry, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accounting records keeping all records organised and up to date
  • Creating and maintaining all pricing and other records in the company's ERP system
  • Posting and clearing of intercompany netting
  • Posting of financial debit and credit notes
  • Liaising with auditors in the preparation of audit schedules
  • Assist in meeting departmental deadlines, ensuring constant compliance with financial regulations
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Hold a hands-on and proactive attitude

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of A'Level in Accounts
  • Experience in an Administrative position
  • Basic experience in a similar position will be given preference
