Accounts & Administration Officer

€18,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

An Accounts & Administration Officer  position in Malta is currently available with a highly reputable medium sized local organisation in financial services.


  • Assisting the finance and administration department
  • Assisting in the purchasing of supplies
  • The preparation of documents and contracts
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • The posting of invoices, receipts, and accounting entries
  • Handling bank reconciliations
  • Handling petty cash
  • Planning of travel arrangements for staff
  • Preparing reports
  • Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum Advanced level standard of education
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding an Advanced level qualification in accounting, or an equivalent accounting or secretarial diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year previous local experience in a similar role within administration and accounting is a requirement for the role

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
