Accounts & Administration Officer

€15,000 - €20,000  |  Malta

An Accounts & Administration Officer position is currently available with a company within the financial services industry in Malta.


  • Handling administrative and general office duties 
  • Handling payments and dividends
  • Preparing reconciliations 
  • Troubleshooting any day to day issues 
  • Handling basic compliance duties - such as KYC checks
  • Any other duties for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year previous local accounting experience is a requirement
  • A related accounting qualification will be considered an asset


  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • A self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese
