Accounts & Admin Clerk

Our client, a boutique CSP, is looking to recruit an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements 
  • Admin duties such as filing, data inputting, dealing with email correspondence, and processing of documentation
  • Analysing individual project expense documents
  • Issuing invoices
  • Co-ordinating with International partners to ensure invoicing is done on time and accurately
  • Assisting in creating the project report

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience working in Accounts will be considered as an asset
  • Both written and verbal fluency in English and Maltese
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suites, especially excel
  • A team player
  • Someone proactive, organised and with a keen eye for detail

Education & Experience

  • A minimum A Level standard of education
  • MQF Level 4 in Accounting will be considered an asset
