Our client, operating in the insurance industry is looking to recruit a motivated Accountant, to join their growing team:
- Preparation of management accounts for group companies.
- Compilation of regulatory and statistical returns.
- Conducting detailed data analysis to support business decisions.
- Overseeing financial reporting processes.
- Handling various administrative responsibilities related to the finance department.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
- A flexible team player with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience
- A first degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification, or in the final stages of obtaining an accounting qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an audit or accounting environment, with a preference for exposure to the insurance sector.
