Accountant (Gozo)

Our client within the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team:

Responsibilities:

  • monitoring daily bookkeeping activities;
  • the compilation of statutory and regulatory requirements submissions;
  • the preparation of periodic management accounts;
  • the preparation of periodic reports;
  • liaising with external auditors when necessary
  • other ad hoc duties as required from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous local experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Excel, including data manipulation, and be also familiar with other office software applications
  • an effective team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Education & Experience

In advanced stages of ACCA or equivalent
