Our dedicated teams focus on finance, tech, blue-collar, and general roles. This expertise helps us find the best opportunities for you and connect you with the right hiring managers.

Our team has close relationships with employers, often directly with hiring managers. This leads to better insights, faster feedback, and stronger representation for you.

Once you apply, we will review your CV, and provide feedback on whether you meet the role’s requirements. We also consider transferable skills that may fit other vacancies. If suitable, we’ll arrange a short prescreening call, followed by an online interview to better understand your background. From there, we guide you through every step including interview preparation, follow-ups, feedback, and offer negotiations, ensuring you always know your progress and the next step. We’ll keep you updated and guide you through each step, ensuring the process is clear, straightforward, and well-supported.

Yes, once the prescreening call or interview is completed and it’s clear that you match the role’s requirements, our recruiters will share further details, such as responsibilities, the key skills required, salary and insights into the company culture. We will then ask for your consent to forward your details to our client.

The timeline varies depending on the employer and role, but we’ll keep you updated on the recruitment process and next steps.

No, your CV and profile are only shared with your explicit consent, and only at the right stage in the recruitment process. You will be informed and updated at every step.

Sign up and create a profile on konnekt.com. Upload your CV, fill in your details, and set your preferences. We recommend you apply directly to vacancies that interest you. If nothing currently matches your profile, you can keep an eye on our website and make use of the job alerts you’ll start receiving based on the preferences you’ve sent.

We always share feedback, even if it’s negative, to guide you toward roles that truly fit your profile. Rejection is not a setback but a chance to refocus on positions where your skills align better. Please read the requirements carefully and only apply if you meet them fully.
