We also invest time in one-to-one meetings to discuss in detail your company culture, the position and the candidate profile you are seeking.

Our TalentBase is typically made up of candidates who are actively seeking employment, candidates who are happy in their current employment but seeking a specific opportunity and candidates who are happy in their job but would only consider an attractive opportunity recommended by us.

We do not search amongst candidates we placed with clients.  We also do not search candidates from client companies. We believe in relationships.

The advantages of Talent Search are that you will get access to potential candidates in a relatively short time, since we would have done all the preliminary for you. Furthermore our network often yield an interesting array of candidates to the satisfaction of our most demanding clients.

Talent Search fees are only payable upon the successful placement of a candidate.
