​In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching leadership teams, helping them implement effective business management systems and processes into their organizations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on businesses across Malta and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching leadership teams on the introduction and integration of business management systems and processes.
• Working closely with top management to enhance accountability and efficiency within their organizations.
• Acting as Fractional Integrator for specific clients.

• Experienced in business planning and tracking.

​Qualifications and Work Experience:

• A Master's degree in management, finance, or a technical field.
• At least 3 years experience in a management position.
