We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating industrial refrigeration projects from conception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate industrial refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize a technical mindset to understand the intricacies of industrial refrigeration systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.
Client-Facing Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and challenges during project execution.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to both internal teams and clients.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in industrial refrigeration is preferred.
