As an additional source for obtaining information on the candidates, we also offer the possibility for use of psychometric instruments. By making reference to tools holding empirically proven measures of validity, reliability and fairness we are able to obtain a more accurate snapshots of the potential and functioning ability of the individuals. Available tests include measures of personality, within the trait and factor analytic approach, as well as measures of ability. In all instances, these tools are presented as a means for obtaining incremental information rather than as a sole means for decision-making.
