KONNEKT maintains a very active database of potential candidates We invest time in keeping our database updated by sourcing and meeting candidates following a proven search and selection methodology. After identifying and understanding your requirements, through this service KONNEKT will be assisting you by searching through its database with a view to identify suitable candidates for the post. You will be presented with a short list of potential candidates and subsequently interviews will be set to meet suitable candidates.
We understand the importance of investing time in one-to-one meetings to discuss in detail your company culture, the position and the candidate profile you are seeking.We do not search amongst candidates we placed with clients. We also do not search candidates from client companies as we strongly believe in relationships.The advantages of Talent Search are that you will get access to potential candidates in a relatively short time, since we would have done the entire preliminary for you. Furthermore our network often yields an interesting array of candidates to the satisfaction of our most demanding clients.Talent Search fees are only payable upon the successful placement of a candidate.
