    Our client is a well-established corporate services provider, assisting a highly diversified portfolio of clients. They are currently seeking to expand their team of professionals through the recruitment of a Helpdesk and Technical Support Officer

    Helpdesk and Technical Support Officer

    MT 4818/12

    In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining secure WiFi networks, handling PC hardware breakdowns and repairs as well as deploying and maintaining Windows 7 client images and other helpdesk support as required.

    This position calls for an individual with experience working in a Microsoft environment with good analytical and troubleshooting skills. You should be a good team player, able to communicate well.
