Our client is a specialist provider of service solutions offering a diverse offering to their local and international client base. They are currently looking towards strengthening their IT Team through the recruitment of a Service Delivery specialist.

As Head of Service Delivery, you will be called to handle internal IT projects that are critical for the company’s core business. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, working of timeframes, management of contact with suppliers, and commissioning of systems upon successful delivery. You will also be called to review systems with the aim of identifying channels for further potential improvement.

The role calls for a person holding a tertiary level of education with a qualification in an ICT-related field. Prior experience in project management is of critical importance in this role. Delivery in a context featuring integration of platforms will be considered a strong asset for this role. Familiarity with Prince2, and Scrum methodologies are required. In addition, you should be driven, performance oriented and capable of achieving under pressure and tight project timeframes.
