Forming part of the after sales team, in this role, you will provide support to a number of clients using a particular company product and other applications both on-site and at company premises. You will document client support issues, status tracking, handle troubleshooting issues and implement reports using crystal reporting. You will test applications, train users, complete system upgrades at clients, data conversions and document applications.
The ideal candidate would be in possession of a recognised IT qualification with sound fundamentals in Accounting principles and exposure to/knowledge of Accounting packages. Strong communication and analytical skills is essential along with the ability to work under own initiative. With a local and international clientele, you would be expected to have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
