A client of ours specialising in the Business Support Services industry, having operations extend across various markets across the globe, is looking to onboard a Head of Sales to join their growing team of professionals; this person will be reporting to the CEO and Managing Director, and duties are as follows:
Duties
- Be the main lead on sales for both existing SEO traffic and build a network of PPC affiliates focusing on sales towards operators on behalf of these
- It is necessary to have a good understanding of tools to detect operator fraud, and it is expected you to suggest and implement new such tools
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing and new clients (both B2B and B2C)
- Effectively manage the sales process, in line with respective targets
- Continually increase sales and obtain new leads
- Handle business development
- Prepare and present effective and engaging sales presentations
- Setting and implementing growth strategies
- Ensuring customer needs are met within agreed time frames
- Setting budgets, ensuring return on investment through KPIs and performance metrics
- Providing ongoing reporting
Requirements
- Must be analytical and good with numbers in order to analyse maximising revenues from existing clients and revenues
- Must be an individual fuelled by creativity, responsibility, self-determination, have a passion for sales
- Minimum experience of five years within the industry is required
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong preference will be given to applicants who are fluent in Japanese, Thai and/or Spanish
Education and Experience
- Would ideally hold a Degree level of qualification
